sidon: What are the chances to hit a target?

dex solely determine whether you can hit your target or not.

*if attacker's dex is greater than his target's dex, his attacks are always successful
*if attacker's dex is lower than his target's dex, there is still a 50% chance he will hit his target successfully

sidon: STATS

only gears and skill points are counted and 50% of active jewels/charms boosts. NO class and clan bonus. 4th boosts of royal is deactivated as well..

*info are copied from PVP tourney..stats should work the same as in PVP tourney with few differences
1. SP are also counted on tournament.
2. NO spells on tournament
3. Shoot and critical bonus are TOTALLY disabled.

sidon: Tournament is fun feature but I think it lack something and is not balance. here are my ideas to improve it:
1. each participant will have:
HP=20,000+(Y x 2)
*Y represents players base HP
EX. If I have 70,000 Hp
HP=20,000+(70,000HP x 2)
=20,000 + 140,000
=160,000HP
Therefore my HP when I joined any tournament should be 160,000.

2. SP and gears stats are all counted.

3. boosts are reduced by 50%. 4th boosts of royal is disabled.

4. host must have broad options for rewards. golds, credits, and gears can be use as a reward.

5. participants must have option to bet either to themselves or to another player. bets will be divided equally to player/s who won the bet.

(hope you all understand what I'm talking about-lol-)
