The chances to get a titled magic scroll have been improved in a few ways:

[*] The chances of titled Magic Scrolls were increased by 25% (!)

[*] The limit that was put long ago was REMOVED - the one that didn't allow any titled magic scrolls after 1500 daily wins

[*] The max chance to get a titled magic scroll is still relatively low: only 0.5%
