[Gaia PvP] Balance Changes

First of all, thanks for all the helpful & insightful ideas that were posted - you are amazing!

Not all of the ideas could be implemented just yet so here with what we'll roll this time:

* Dragons have stronger elemental protections of 80%-90% (was 67%-75%).

* Dragons' Armor was slightly reduced.

* The lowest chance to miss a regular attack is 33% (was 25%).

* Armor absorbs a maximum of 80% average damage (was 90% of minimum damage).

* The maximum effect of boost spells is 75% for all classes (was 50% except 75% for Druid).

* Druids getting a bigger Endurance boost.

* Barbarians will get a new spell - Earthquake which inflicts Earth damage & gives Frenzy (similar to Soul Bind).
Found in Kreegan so a Level 60 is required.

* Amazon's & Assassin's critical boost is capped at 250% (was 300%).

If these changes work out and make the general gameplay more balanced & enjoyable, expect it in Gaia #1 too.

Some more changes might follow but rather minor ones so these are the key aspects when choosing the class. If you want to be 100% sure about your choice for this PvP round, you may wish to wait until the round's announcement is made (just before the start).

All classes have a lot of additional boosts just in Gaia PvP and it is strongly debatable whether they are needed or not - it will stay this round so the new changes can be tested but it is very likely that it will be gone/adjusted in the next round.
