These items can be crafted by combining 3 items of a lower tier (3 x Rune Death (V) will craft into a Rune Death (VI)).
You may also buy it at Honor Shop.
All these items have a gradual increase from a lower tier and are intended for the highest levels players who are looking for an extra edge in challenges.
All these items are for Level 130 or higher players.
