Greetings!

A lot of work was done this round and here are the updates for Gaia PvP #61:

* New Boss: Forest Guardian!
The winner gets Forest Guardian's Magic Scroll (+2200 Armor, +1800 Strength, +75% prot. from Earth & Fire) & Guardian Boots.

* New Hunt: Tree Dragon!
Each kill result in +25 credits, a Treasure Chest & Yggdrasil's Seed.
Treasure Chests have a tiny chance of giving Mythic Powder (Dragon items are not available anymore).
Tree Dragon's Magic Scroll gives: +1100 Armor, +900 Strength, +75% prot. from Earth.

* New Exclusive Item: Guardian Boots!
This Level 130 item is similar to Distance Desire (which was updated too) but with more focus on Damage & Armor instead of Wisdom.
Base stats: +300-400 damage, +500 armor, +200 strength, +200 dexterity, +200 endurance & +200 wisdom.

* Rewards are very strongly reworked.
Please check at Gaia PvP > Rewards for up-to-date information.
Divine Yggdrasil's Seed gives +50 skill points (you can assign them yourself). This item can later be resold for credits.
Top-1 of each class will get a random level 140+ recipe for their class.
Everyone in Top-10 also get level 140+ recipes according to their chosen class.
Tier III Random Charms are given now and more Honor is given in general.
Top-10 supporters (most credits purchased in Gaia PvP) are rewarded from now on as well - your support is very much appreciated & needed for this game to continue. Thank you!

* Quests updated:
- No more Skill Points given.
- Experience is given (depends on enemy & especially useful after 1000 daily wins).
- Recipe & Jewels are available as rewards too (or Magic Scroll in all other cases).
- 25 units to kill for each quest & a limit of 20 quests/day.

* Some class boosts changes (for PvP round only):
- Paladins got a bigger Damage boost
- Druids got a bigger Dexterity & Spell protections boosts
- Barbarians got a minor Dexterity boost
- Necromancers got a lower Wisdom boost but a higher Damage boost
- Assassins lost the Wisdom boost

* No Unsocket, Unscroll, Deconstruct services.
These services were not available in the first PvP rounds and change the dynamics a lot.
Making choices and planning throughout the round will be essential and show your player skill.

* Changes in Clans.
Any perks that a clan had (lower timer when clanmates attack the same unit) are removed since this would be abused by some players & alts (due to 50% exp in a win without a kill).

* Reduced Enemy stats.
Enemy ranks also decrease over time (minus one rank every hour).

* Reduced Experience rate.
The first 1000 wins will give a full 100% experience, and all other battles will give 5% experience.
Winning but not killing will result in 50% of experience (as it was long before - changes strategy a bit).

* Credits transfers are enabled from Gaia #1 (just for this round to see how it goes).
Since trades are enabled at 1:1 rate, any trades between players in different servers will be considered as a suspicious & illegal activity - please be aware.

* Updated Features times.
Please check at Gaia PvP > Features.

* Regular Quests in map are Disabled.
The focus in PvP round should not be on them as they are not balanced for that. It was not available in the first rounds as well.

* Cannot use Class scrolls on Items requiring another class.
For example, you cannot use Barbarian's scroll on Druid's weapon & replace the Class requirement.

* Recipes are reworked: no more Jewels needed.
The jewels were replaced by the other ingredient which was required (you may check in Library to be sure). This will allow crafting all Recipes before the Jewels are enabled.

* Druids got a new spell: Radiance (increases dexterity & damage, and can be learnt in Enroth city).

* Damage Spells are guaranteed to Hit (helps Druids and other spell casters).

* Spell protections of Enemies is capped at 90% (helps spell casters).

* Physical damage cannot be lower than 15% of average damage (even if Armor would absorb it all).
This was a bit decreased and should create a better balance.

* All gear has no level adjustments - same as in Gaia #1.

* Some other minor changes & fixes.

Good luck to everyone!

Regards,
dreamer
