ipecac: I agree with this. Add gold and credits option also. Example, I offer 1c 90 stamina potions for your magic scroll. This would help mods a lot because I get many complaints that they were part of a multiple item trade where someone didn't do as they promised. For example, I offer my hell hydra dragon plate for your elven battlemage robe and iron crown. I trade my dragon plate for your elven robe, then you walk away and don't give the second item.

-run-: Great idea for players that trade in bulk.... Even trades for equipping gear would be a bit easier...

loir: i posted an idea for a trading post a long time ago. basicly the player would make a job lot then post it for sale as a package where other players can offer their own job lot as a trade for example.

The trading post would be seperate from the Market place and would only allow players to post 3 Job lots at any one time. They would stay there for a week or until the player cancelled the job lot.

As for coding this idea isnt new. Many games offer a similar way of trading items so its quite possible most the coding could be sourced from elsewhere and addapted to fit. But remember you guys pay alot of money for a pretty low end game so its really only fair the developers put in work to make it a better game. Im not saying dreamer doesnt try, thats not the case at all but he should expect work for the momey he makes.

Personally i cant see a bad side to this. It makes trading items so much easier and allows new trades to take place that were never possinle befor. Sometimes its hard to match an item value wise where players wish to trade more than 1 item to recieve another and both players are at a stalemate as neither wants to part with the most valuable item first incase the other player then refuses to send what they agreed to or the otherway round wont accept the crappy item first for something valuable to then not recieve the first item they wanted.

A trading post would really suit s2 but at the same time id still like to see class advancement be a feature added to s2 more than anything. The crappy trade system can wait til a later date if not possible to do noth at one time.

elfora: Bulk trading! Will make it easier for a player to transfer his stuffs from one account to another... say, in just one click. I'm thinking bout the disadvantages tho. And the effort it will take to code this best for s2! Not so beneficial for the majority on s1.
