katrine: i think it's not consistent to make a common spell to be hard to learn like meteor shower for druid and other spells that only appear once every week. all of the spell must be available with a level and stats restriction so leveling up ur char will be worth it because u know u'll gonna learn a new strong spell or atleast make a table that shows when will a certain spell will appear

idiot_terror: Spells are not rare.. They only not often seen, but if you wait every refresh you can have it even in a hour or less.

idiot_terror: spells in npc refresh every 5mins i believe.

katrine: there are some spell that once every refresh will be show easily such as portal spell, ice arrow etc. but those rare spell like meteor shower will take a whole day or two for it to be shown and learn
