loir: The building to spend clan points may be on to something. I personally prefer you could only spend the points on clan boosts. They would effect every member in the clan. Not a personal equipment piece!

Clan points would be earned by players donating junk items. Any item you find when sold to the clan building would sell for clan points so all members could take part in donating. The better the item, the better the cp reward would be.

Not sure what buffs and what costs or max levels of boosts would be appropriate but the basics are there
