Add new land like battle arena with rental keeper as you did with house keeper.
Level requirements may or may not be required. If so for example level 80's and up.
Cost can be 10c to 15c. For one week rental.
72 hour grace period to renew rental "but unable to use til rental renewed ". If not renewed all items are destroyed. Or not grace period at all.
