zub-zero: A few ideas
1. Broadcast massages in clans that leaders, lords and members can use
Like from user name subject clan broadcast then the massage
It will be easier to communicate if members is off line

2. Daily chest in main town after 12 for level 70+ or 80+ so there is not stingy members who create 20 accounts for chest.
Items in chest found
1. random rune or jewel
2. Random title scroll or recipe
3. Random credits or lotto tokens
4. Random xp. Gold or skill point

3. New premium hero
make lord. Warrior or rogue class with combined boost of the lowest classes pally and barb so boost will be str, dex and damage or endurance

4. Death angel class boost 25precent or 30 boost on all we only use class boost to equip gear anyway not to pvp or level up
Don't know about diablo never sEen ones profile stats

5. Clan treasury
All gold win after a kill 5 or 10 percent automatic go in the clan treasury that can be used to occupy a castle or fill and have a clan wealth rank also.
