wing: What I refer to as a "new player" is that its character was created directly from gaia 1, so those characters who reached lvl 80 on martis wont be given free martis character for the next round, they need to buy instead. Also I think that lvl 80 is the ideal level bracket for the free account because that's the level that most players can achieve even if they use not so good items and for those players who still want to create multiple accounts, it would take them some time to reach lvl 80.

wing: I am suggesting that only those accounts who participated the previous martis pvp could join the next round and the creation of martis account must be one-is-to-one. What I mean is that after this round, the accounts participated in this round are the only ones who will have an opportunity to buy a martis character for the next round (one player can only buy one martis character and it cannot be transferred or sold). For new players who never participated in the previous rounds, they can still have one free character by reaching at least level 80.
