retromarthmus: Yes as said, recipes can be crafted at the blacksmith in your home town to create a legendary item. A recipe will give details of two other required items to compete the recipe. Once the two other items required and the recipe are crafted together at a blacksmith a new item will be created in place of all three other items (they will be destroyed.) where as titled scrolls are a guaranteed title. Crafting a magic scroll + an item gives a RANDOM title on the item, where as crafting a titled scroll + item is a guaranteed chance of getting the title on the item. E.g Zombies magic scroll + Bloodsoaked ring will make Zombies bloodsoaked ring
