-x8x-: I just noticed that you can open the Blacksmith Cahl Shop (Kreegan Weapon Shop) even you arent in Kreegan City or your level is still under 60
By using "Sell" Option on your "Item" Menu
Instead of selling anything choose "Back" and then you can choose the Cahl Shop
