I would like to suggest the MERITS AND DEMERITS of every player. In this way no one can bully or be boastful enough even power tripping.

Merits point, is for the moderators who did a great job.

Demerits point, is accesible for every players even moderators. Demerits will be base on your behaviour.

And the verdict is up to dreamer.

awesomenezz: i think this is a bit hard coz if some1 just bully u in pm only the one who recieved the message can see it and he got no strong proof that someone really send it to them....and as what i know dreamer assigned those moderators to keep the unity and order in this game so i think no need to create this one.....

exodus: It was meant JUST for Chatbox. Now i'm proposing this even in forums. Forums is a thread for understanding not for underestimation,criticizing,and making them look bad and idiot. Thanks

sepsis: I hate to say it but this is not a very good idea. People would pile demerits on people they don't like and pile merits on their friends. This type of system is easy to abuse. Sorry.
