exodus: ADDITIONAL SUGGESTION:

There must be a list of OUTLAWS AND SCAMMERS to keep other players notified even players that disobey the rules.
And for scammers, their scheme will be posted right before their names.

In that way people will become aware of those people who can't be trusted and learn how to prevent such scam.

The verdict for such cases still depends on dreamer. But in my own opinion this is still fine so they can still keep their characters and starting to learn their lessons.

(if this implemented those who has been victimized can state their experience/s even when this list is not yet posted.)
