0vrmykne: Have guilds such as assasin/thieves guild with quest like kill elf lord/steal elf emerald. You learn skills such as backstab that ignores armor and stealth that raises dex. These would happen randomly in battle and would go by your lvl in guild and say 3%. And unlike clans u cant join another guild or you lose talents.
