Paper is made with reed/sugarcane, which grows near water. to grow sugarcane, you need a bucket. Bucket: ---|x-x|xxx --nothing x-iron ingots. Iron ingots are made by smelting iron ore in a furnace. Furnace: ccc|c-c|ccc c-cobblestone. You also need coal for the furnace, which both the iron ore and coal being dug up. To dig them, you need a pick (getting yet?). Pick: xxx|-s-|-s- x- wooden planks (not recommended), iron, gold (also not recommended), and diamond (excellent) s-stick. to get then wood for planks and sticks, you can punch it or use an axe.
