-fd-god-: The best way to do it would be like that: a leader of the clan would start a fight against another clan and people have join in by themselves within a certain amount of time (eg 1h). And then they would have to fight with the other clan members at random (some people would get more than 1 fight) and the clan with most fights won would win the clan war
