kal_el: i never played a mmorpg that forces players to pvp.. its usually a choice between the 2 players or pvp zones or servers are created for the more hardcore pvp fans.. simply turning pvp on off will upset players no matter which option wins.. make it a choice and no one can complain.. everyone gets what they want as it should be

chops: pvp is what black dragon started out as and should be. 5 lvl limit is good and a higher stam use is also good idea. i beleave many more new players will play. we have lost players due to the lack of pvp.
