tok3r: 20 lvls is too big a gap. I say 5 lvls but you still have to be in the same bracket. Brackets would be as follows 1-10 no pvp, 11-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,79-79,80-89,90-99,100+

Since lightning is the only lvl100+, and he doesn't want pvp it won't affect him if it IS or ISN'T turned on.
