Spoiler: This seed spawns you inside an NPC Village blacksmith shop. Turn around in the house and there will be a chest. In the chest there are a pair of iron boots, an iron breastplate, a piece of bread, 5 saplings, 5 iron ingots, a diamond, and 2 apples. Almost the entire rest of the town is in a deep ravine, which IS somewhat easily assembleable. The entire ravine is FILLED with minerals! Enjoy!
