idiot_terror: Skull like most gems give additional stats but intead they give you a perentage to life leech. Craft them to any gear you use. You get life leech percntage depends on your damage.

ninjohn: What do you do with skulls? All I know is you craft them, but I don't know what you have to craft them with.
