annadango: Yeah, sounds like a good idea. I think the "Barter Area" should be anywhere.

storm1971: Ive Played many RPG games since 1994 and in Everquest they have whats called a Barter system.

A Barter system gives a player a chance to sit in an area (Could make it in any area) and when another person clicks on you, a screen opens with items you are looking for and what price your pay rather it be gold or credit. If the 2nd person has the item that the, barter person wants then all they do is click barter trade and item exchanges for what the barter price offer.

Now some may say that it sounds like a Marketplace but in reality it takes away the trade channel for players can go to the barter area click names of barter players which arent NPC but real players looking for task items or upgrade items. Say I needed a wolf helm of Stamina (1). Old way is annouce in chat general or trade or go find off vendor or fight or check page for page in marketplace...... With barter system which doesnt effect marketplace a player say example "Luke" has wolf helm of Stamina (1) on his barter list for 25,000.and say "storm1971" needed one and found that luke has one.... Then I go to the barter area find Luke with 25,000 click luke take wolf helm of Stamina (1) and Luke who was AFK even offline getshis 25,000 gold.
