I only know because i was a mod at the time and diablo used the account to unban a ban i made at the time. The IP thing kinda gives it away haha. No action was even taken at the time so yeah money does factor into it alot. Its a buisness and dreamers pockets are certainly the biggest controlling factor of this game period.
