raditz: Just set it so the clan leader can give everyone in there name a position name. Can be anything the want from grunt to warlord, basicly whatever keeps them happy.then allow the leader to set permissions for each member. So editing options invites and even removal of members if the clan owner wants the player to have that power. Obviouusly only the clan leader can remove hiself and diband the clan.

fireboy: I think clans should have a ranking within them (like 2nd in command etc) so that more than one person can help maintain the clan but only the leader should have the power to kick a member out. Also I've seen a few ideas about allies which I think would be great but also clan rivalry & clan wars, if u click on a clan it should show who that clans allies are & who their rivals are
