yoshikage: No, I get it: you can only sell a character once it's level 40. This would prevent the rapid creating/selling of characters that you mentioned, waterboy.
I think its a good idea, and I'm behind it 100%

kalevala: I know for a fact that there are many people out there who have old BD characters that they aren't using anymore.
I also know that the selling/transfer of a character from one players possession to another is illegal (eve though I know for a fact that this happens quite often).
Therefore, I am suggesting a new addition to the Marketplace: an area where lvl 40+ characters ca be sold, for either gold or credits.
In order to be able to sell the character, a player must log in as another character and provide both the username and password of the character for sale.
Then, it proceeds normaly, where, if no one buys the character within a 24-hour period, then it becomes available for use by the owner.
If it is bought, however, the money (either gold or credits) will be transferred to the sellers account, and the character for sale will be given a new, computer-generated password, which can be changed at any time and willbe sent to the buyer vie PM.

This will be a source of great motivation to many players hoping to get rich, improve the economy of the game, and get old characters up and running again.

Also, as a side note, it might also be a good idea to give players the option of deleting a character.
