To maintain a balance in the battle, an average level of the members of the clan can be determined and then they can fight with other clans whose members' average level is the same as theirs. It'll be awesome! It'll make the game more exciting, entertaining, challenging and enjoyable! You can hold battles thrice a week and there can also be an award or golds or experiences as prizes for the battle. This way, each clan will have a goal which is now non existent.
