ov3rkill: how about dex bonus? I mean only when u equip duel weapons..eg: wearing 2 talons givs additional 40 dex . it depends on item level or atleast equiping duel weapon givs %depending on damage, and one more thing any 'assasin class' weapn should be duel wield that wil make assasin much more strngr nt just duel wield titled assasin weapons
