ili: Now a days,no one gets a class titled drop and hence many legendary gear are not craftable.hence why not allow players to give class title?
a lvl 10 player gets the chance to give a class I title (paladin's dagger I) and if he doesn't use it,he can give class II title at lvl 25 and so on.maximum available title is class III for lvl 50
