arkanis: I scroll my item more that 12 time and got nothing... that why i stop play gg

celistia: I assembled a Champion's Helm. Scrolled it, got Basilisk's title. Scrolled again, got Ogre's title. Scrolled for the 3rd time, was still Ogre's title. Bug, or just bad luck?
