death_tempo: Remove critical hits from shield users. We need some balancing from gaia 1 too think back to when amazons and assassin’s shared their abilities. It was far too broken. Now that block has been introduced to shields, shield users are benefiting from 2 broken abilities. A block with at most has a 30% chance to completely erase the opponents damage, and a criticsl hit specifically meant for assassins. Dual wield players should be the only players to benefit from critical hits and ONLY if they have duals equipped. I think it’s a pretty fair update given that dual wielding is now overshadowed by shields so barely anyone uses them now

Fix the ff. minor bugs:
- Ancient Basilisk HP Bar.
- Library: Missing items when switched to "Level" category.
- Not accurate display of HP & Mana Status when using Ancient potions.
- I agree with death_tempo. Shield(block) + Crit effect is broken. Only trigger crit effect when wearing 2x dual wield.
