Lfirst to lvl up to 40 open rec for lvl 40-50
Then if a player reach lvl 60 open rec for 60-70 lvl
If reach 70 lvl open rec lv80
If player reach lv80 open rec lvl 80-90

uoti: Many things only benefit older players. The older players want to maintain and keep all the rewards for themselves. hoarding everthing.
1. They keep castles from old gold updates.
2. They want vault to keep hoarding.
3. They want increase in drop rate at g1 to further maintain their hoarding ways.
Nothing for New Players to enjoy.

Updates For GPvP:
1. Monster DEX too high....decrease it.
2. EXP too low....increase it.
3. Gold too low ...increases this.
when I mean DEX i mean as low as the original brackets status even in high levek like
level 900 has only 15 DEX max.
