-juggernaut-: Remove level requirements from gears and pvp. its better if we can attack all player so remove the level requirement but disable the level bonus so its fair if we attack high level player.this will makes it fun to every one.for me the limit to attack is not good because its not like in real that u have limit.higher level can do all without worrying if being attack so its not ideal for pvp round.this is fair enaugh for all because level bonus is disable to make it fair.gears,runes,boost will decide the outcome for this round...
