the stats should be twice than that of lvl 80 quests in hardcore.so that'd be four times that of lvl 80.that should give them work to do with those cool gear and runes

hmm new lvl 100 quests can be placed in cloud temple (1) and (2)

since there doesnt appear super mob or quests, over crowding in hydra pond maybe solved to some extend
