the stats should be twice than that of lvl 80 quests in hardcore.so that'd be four times that of lvl 80.that should give them work to do with those cool gear and runes

-muryot-: good job dreamer .... regarding the stats you base it on lvl 80 - 99 quest.... level 100 - 119 should have 2x or 3x the stat of lvl 80 - 99 quests
