ale who determines Medicaid eligibility for the elderly in nursing homes. I work in a nursing home meet some of these people and then they die. Life can be hard sometimes an escape from reality is what I need. I play this game on a daily basis; sometimes multiple hours sometimes only minutes because I have to do things for my family. With this game I get to escape into a fantasy world and not deal with the harshness of real life. That is why I play the game. I am surrounded by death working with the elderly sometimes I need to forget this game helps. I've tried others this is the one I come back to. It needs a lot of work still, but this one calls to me like a beacon in a harbor. Only one other game was better but it had died this one lives so I play
