loir: It's a good start but the beasts need spells. It's a bit caveman to just beef up a monster with as much dex and str as possible and let them slug it out.

Make beast skills unlockable by the clan preferably with gold to give it more value. Maybe introduce other resources that clans could work together to farm that's only purpose would be to donate for unlocking new skills. But even then still have a gold requirement aswell, it would not be a bad idea from a business point of view to have credits needed also for the highest tier spells. Credits can be earned without spending a penny so this should not be an issue.

If you made is so clans could also work together to gain permanent stat boosts, it would give players an extra thing to achieve. Again new resources and gold would be the best things to put towards them. Reward active players. Only small boosts capped at no more than 5-10% and going up in 0.5% intervals. Hopefully it will bring players together more since parties have big problems.

As for rewards they should definitely benefit the full clan. Maybe the leading clan over each 24 hour period would give the full clan boosts to stats or gold/xp drops from mobs. I know a lot of people would like to get a better drop rate for the next full day. Maybe even make it a weekly thing? If the best clan got a 200% rare drop rate increase for the time period you prefer I'm sure a lot of people would start working together to win it.

As for credit options try not to make it a complete walkover. Leave some challenge that can't be just bought so players are forced to play instead of buy everything and get bores real quick ;)

Still struggling to see how this would work in game.. How could the battles start?

You see you again can't force beatdowns on players. It would be very demoralizing for new guilds getting owned repeatedly.

Try to find a way to stop this other than the simple accept to fight option. My best idea is a guild arena. The entrances would be stay based so the guild knows what to expect at most in each arena.

To enter an arena, 5 or more members from the same guild must be present with either the clan leader or general present. The clan leader or general will be the only player who can register their beast.

I would make 2 arena modes. PvP and PvE, the PvP arena would only have challengers that have registered to that arena. Beasts would constantly attack each other in 1v1 battles to the death. The guild with the most total kills over each 24 hour or week period would be the winner of that room. Maybe do both? Just obviously the weekly reward would be good and the daily not so good.

The PvE mode could allow the clans beasts to take on boss battles designed by you to be really really hard. Obviously these things would never be killable solo. They would just pop up round the maps randomly and when 5 or more clan members all are stood on the tile with the badass mob the clan leader or general again can summon the clan beast to take the battle for you.

I would totally prefer clans to be able to form parties just to help make some features of this easier and more fun for the whole clan. You see if you allow players in the same clan to form parties instead of just the clan leader/general being able to start bsttles, then the party leader could as long as the leader or general is present.

Maybemake tactitions in the clan? Have them set new spells or skills the clan beast can use and advice their generals on the next move to make? Anyways that's where I'm at now.
