-nitemare-: Here are my great ideas!!
1. We can get santa themed gear. There could be santas jacket, boots, and his hat. Then we could get a christmas tree sword, and finally a sheild that has reindeer on it. It will be for lower levels like 20-25 so we need to be able to get it early on.
2. that being said it should be droped by special quest mobs. These mobs can drop the santa themed gear and also quest items.

boudica: I really enjoyed the Special Christmas PvP server round last year. There's nothing about it that I would change. (I liked the Santa hats too!)
However, you might expand on it with an Elf/Santa's Helpers theme, by keeping the Santa Quest & maybe adding some mini Elven Quests. Something like: Evil Santa's minions have stolen Santa's Helpers tools for making toys. Find the tools & get a reward... The rewards can be minor rewards because we have kept the main Santa's Quest.
Also, you could expand on the Evil Santa theme by including some really tough Killer Reindeer, something like the Headless horseman. They hate hunters & are very fast & strong... They rarely & randomly 'might' drop the one very rare item needed to complete Santa's Quest, plus the usual 10c & a Present.
We also need a Christmas theme for the mighty dragons... A Snow or Ice dragon, an Elf dragon, a Tiny Reindeer dragon, a green Christmas Tree dragon & the mightiest of them all.. the Coal Black Dragon... And the new powerful titles for the scrolls that they drop...
