Anyway have a look through your mods message history and see if you can stop them starting on players.

Would like to point out I've personally had no problem from any moderators but if you don't stop the they will only cost you money in the long run.

Try and teach them to be grown up and not argue with players. It's unprofessionalat very best and really annoys me when I see them abusing their power.

2).Experience should increase a little more on the first day so there could be a little faster leveling time it should go from 2xp to 5-6xp at least.
