By this if u used assassin as class boost. U will not be able to use a bow or items used by other class. Question: what if ur current using a assassin boost and a dual wield weapon. Is it possible to change ur class boost even ur using a class weapon.. i can answer that in to. Its a yes and a no.
Why yes. Once u change ur class boost ur gear will be automatically unequip.
Why no. This is to prevent some bug. Solution u have to change or remove inappropriate gear first before changing to desired class boost.

This is too make a total balance everytime u reach a certain lvl

But if u want before creating character we can now set what permanent class boost will be used

Suggestion for new items and titles

Rune Royal = can be craft using 3xRune diablo (II)
Rune Supreme = can be craft using 3xRune death (ll)

But if u want these runes cannot be crafted and better if this runes will be rewards for top 10 players and

Faerie dragon magic scroll (II)

Obviously dragon scrolls can be upgraded using the primary dragon scrolls

If possible make a class monsters. This class monster will drop 100% class title ms. But this class monster will a appear rarely at 30+ map.
