chain: Regarding dragon scrolls, maybe you could add new feature that consumes the existing dragon scrolls to create a more powerful one. Say a dragon scroll recipe, something like that.
Regarding arena, since credit rewards in pvp server has been removed, maybe arena credit rewards may also be converted to skill points.
Regarding recipe rarity, it would be better if the rarity of recipes in random items to be improved. Here's my suggestion: The player will be given an initial percent on what rarity of item he/she can get once he/she used the random recipe credit service. The percent of getting uncommon, rare and epic will increase by certain percent as the player repeatedly used the service (lowest increments of percentage will be provided for epic, say +0.5% each time the service is used, +2% for rare and +4% for uncommon, something like that). Then, once the certain rarity was received, the percentage of getting that rarity will decrease by half. For example: I have build my percent of getting epic upto 20%. Then when I used again the service, I got an epic recipe. Therefore, the percentage of getting again an epic will be reduced to 10%. All these percentages must be shown in the page upon using the service. This suggestion may also increase the possible players who will use the service, especially for epic item collectors. I suggest NOT to add rarity upgrades, like you will pay certain amount of credits to upgrade an item to uncommon, rare or epic. Why? well by doing this, uncommon and rare would just be nonsense, majority would pick upgrading their items to epic because of higher additional stats.
Another suggestion, make the trade function be available only at level 40, as well as the marketplace. Or just disable the credit features until lvl 40 has been reached. I would like to see how really skilled players are, without using their credits on their early levels. Also, this further removes the tendency to create alts since they cant easily transfer items from one account to another.

azernus: Add a new Dragon and a new Class. New gear, pets and spells for all. Take it further. Time for a Class that goes past Royal. Time for the Legendary Tiamat Dragon imo. SDA potions and Supreme Class potions should be available this round and credit rewards. Clan lock would be nice, if you join or create a clan this round you should have to stay in it the whole round. The rewards should only go to top account of any 1 IP to avoid reward hoarding like francarena. No pvp restrictions. If a person wants to kill me all day, so be it. I'm strong, I can take it. It's a pvp round, let us go at it That said, kills against your own alts shouldn't count in your won loss record. 1st place pvp player should get a decent reward, like a year Diamond or something similar imo. Bring SMS to s2. A Jewel/Charm Hunter option like Merchant that slightly increases chances at Charms and Ultimates when you buy random Jewels. A stabilized spawn rate on all servers would be nice as it seems to change daily currently. Finally. it would please me to see the best city on BD, Alamut, get it's own Castle. Castle Alamut, introduced this round. Happy hunting
