argos: Its the first time i heard of spells missing...if your gonna imlement this on non pvp server remove element protections or lower the caps against damage spells

fredflinstone: Interesting...so depending on wisdom of attacker vs wisdom of defender there's a chance the spell could "fizzle" or fiz as some of us call it...lol y'all know who you are. I like it

ryoushi: If spell can miss why not combine dex&wis same add for 1 skill point

Dex&wis : 1
