"Multi Cast" is just like a shot/critical bonus.
🔅How do "Multi Cast" works?
Once druids casts an offensive spells like Meteor Shower, Ice Arrow...etc, They will get a chance to deal it 2x But they must only learn this spell on conflux when they reach lvl 60.
🔅Why lvl 60?
:Because druids are strongs at lower levels and turn weak as hell at higher lvls. So this will be a PASSIVE spell for druids
