boudica: If this is a competition server with prizes, here are my suggestions:
1.) 25c for non-necro characters, no additional charge for necros because they cost 50c to buy.
2.) No pvp before level 20. Please give players who can't buy lots of credits a chance to build & equip their character before the rich players can slaughter them because they have better gear. Then make the pvp gap no more than 10 levels. A 5 level gap would be better.
3.) A 30 second timer if the pvp gap is 10 levels. A 15 second timer if the pvp gap is 5 levels.
