And fix some bug on newest gears

Since antagarich open and almost all player have hight sp in g1 [from sp quest] and monster in antagarich so strong I have an idea make 'some' scroll can double the plain title scroll not crafted II but I
Like headless scroll but this one can scrollable the other ex when I craft with BD scroll its have double stat of BD scroll but cant be craft up to II scroll
