We druid cannot compete on dragon hunt anymore

Also a little adjustment for necro, they became too OP since last update

hope spellcasters have also a chance at dragons as they are now completely down in dragons hunt

-overkill-: Was a great round indeed. But, only the win cap is not enough. The exp needs to go down too. It should be hard to reach lvl 100+
