Necro need rework

chaser: I agree, necro needs a rework.
- Leech is not that useful specially when you are using hp boost. (Replace it with passive buff instead)
- This class is seldomly use in drag event.
- This class is only use to farm easy rewards(pet,honor,140rec) because no one wants to use it for drag and challenge event and less player are using it.
- This is the weakest class right now. Necro needs to be buffed like pally and assassin, this two classes can compete dragon event now even without buying much Sp and only uses Quest/Daily Quest Sp.

- Someone requested this and it might be a good idea to recycle Exclusive gears as rewards since awakening(upcoming update) needs 2 same gears.
