Unfortunately, this round didn't go well at all and it had problems which didn't happen in more than 14 years since the launch of this game. Not sure if there is a way to apologize for this... :|

To at least partially compensate, here what was done:
- Everyone has free perks until September 15th
- Honor reward for Top-50 was increased by +50%
- Top-10 dragon hunters were rewarded instead of Top-5, and additional Honor was added too
