[*] Only level & class requirements enabled for Items (no more worries about having enough strength/dexterity/etc.)

[*] -50% Wisdom requirements for Spells

[*] Dragons will FLY this round!

[*] Toughest & meanest Dragons EVER! (landing on day 40)
