Some updates were made according to long-term game's vision - the difficulty option was removed from Settings & difficulty will be the same for everyone.
All PvP rounds will have stronger monsters by default though - this won't change.
In Gaia #1 & Martis #1, the difficulty will increase based on the map's level requirement and will be capped at what was Hardcore level previously.
This will keep the consistent strength/health of enemies for everyone.
